Lester "Buji" Babiera is everyone’s favorite spooky storyteller on TikTok, and you might recognize him from his viral TV glow up—from “Mahilig Mag-Facebook” in 2011 to a “Saksi” and “Cycling Advocate" in 2022.

Having made his debut only in 2023, Buji is fast gaining traction on TikTok with his signature “Storytime” videos, amassing an impressive 1.5 million followers in less than a year. Beyond content creation, Buji actively champions cycling and dedicates his time to First Bike Ride, a cycling platform he founded to promote biking and advocate for safe roads.And less than a year since launching his TikTok, Buji was given the Notable Storyteller Award by the Department of Transportation for his cycling and mobility stories.
