Frances Lim Cabatuando is the Mayora of Community Building in the Philippines. Under her belt are two of the most engaged groups on Facebook: Home Buddies, a home enthusiasts community with 3.2 Million members and Hangout Buddies, a travel-tambay community with over 226k members. She’s the 2021 Meta Community Accelerator Program top graduate, 2023 Cosmopolitan Philippines’ Women of Influence awardee, and 2023 Makesense Climate Change Action fellow.
